Aerial Divas offers you the chance to take you fitness to new heights with in our state of the art Aerial Divas Studio. Our aerial hoop casual classes, courses and workshops have been designed to help you achieve your fitness and strength goals in a really fun way!
Taking an aerial hoop class promises to give you incredible results as you learn to hold and control your body weight on and under the hoop in exciting and fun holds and moves. We offer classes for everyone, from absolute beginners to experienced aerialists...Circus Fitness is for everyone! All of our classes and courses offer a cardio warm up, strengthening on the hoop and stretching under the hoop, plus our specially devised aerial hoop core curriculum.
- Casual Classes: Attended on a casual basis, these classes are developed to get results faster. Aerial Power will help develop strength to get you fit for the hoop. Hoopsations is an introductory class perfect for students who have never tried aerial hoop before.
- Courses: Aerial Divas offers 8 and 4 week courses which develop your skills progressively. Learn new tricks and combinations each week and put them together in fun dance routines. Our courses are the best way to get results as they build on your strengths each week. Aerial Divas offers aerial hoop 8 week courses for beginners to advanced level aerialist, pus shorter courses in acrobatics.
- Workshops: This is your time to expand your aerial fitness and circus skills repertoire! Try hula hoops, acrobatics and more in our fun Aerial Divas workshops!Workshops can be based on the hoop or may be based on our mats.
